Replaces the older style jug tank (Gen 1). Includes new tank and dual replacement filters REGULAR Designed for use with chlorinated municipal water. Not for use with salt water.

*Removes up to 99.9% of pollutants found in fresh water:
– Chlorine, dirt, deposits
– Dissolved organics such as insecticides, herbicides and pesticides and DDT
– Microorganisms, cor to Giardia, Cryptosporidium
– Dissolved solids – heavy metals such as copper, lead, mercury, chromium, aluminum and radon 222
*One filter filters up to 570 liters of water
*The material from which it is made does not contain the harmful chemical BPA, which is found in many water bottles
*Can be used together with water disinfection tablets - in case of more heavily polluted water from dubious sources
*The lid is easily removed to fill the pitcher
*Easy to use, with non-slip coating on the handle
*It can be placed in any refrigerator
*The filter is easily replaced every 6 months
