General Terms and Conditions
The general conditions of the online store www.seychelle.eu are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-business. The general terms and conditions deal with the operation of the online store, the rights of the user and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.
PROVIDER
Online sales of biopark.si are carried out by the company ZIN d.o.o., Gabrje pri Ilovi Gora 15, 1290 Grosuplje, Slovenia, info@biopark.si. The company was registered and entered in the court register at the District Court in Ljubljana on May 28, 2007, as a limited liability company (d.o.o.). The company is obliged to pay VAT (VAT ID number: SI10154078).
The company d.o.o. operates in accordance with the Act on Electronic Commerce on the Market (ZEPT) and the regulations adopted on its basis.
PRICES AND VAT
All prices listed on the provider's website are final prices. Prices are in euros (EUR) and include the appropriate rate of value added tax - VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The price indicated next to the individual product does not include delivery costs
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
Validity of order/offer
The prices for the selected goods are valid until the validity date of the offer, which is indicated on the order/offer.
The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Prices and other benefits (discounts, gifts, delivery method, participation in postage...) apply on the day the order is submitted. The original invoice that you receive upon payment or delivered in connection with the general conditions published on this page and confirmed at the time of placing the order.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
You can search for a product using the drop-down menus at the top of the web page, or by entering the product name or a word that describes its features in the search box located at the top right of the web page and then pressing the ENTER key to perform the search.
By clicking on the name or picture of the product, you will see all the details of the product, its exact description, operation and instructions for use.
- STEP - BASKET. You select the desired product you intend to buy by clicking the "Add to cart" button. If you want to add more pieces of the same product, you can change their number by clicking the + or - sign to the left of the "Add to cart" button. There is a shopping cart symbol on the top right of the website. When you have added products to the cart, the total number of products is displayed next to the cart symbol in green.
By clicking on the basket symbol, you can review which products you have selected, their picture, quantity, price, and total amount. In this step, you can remove products from the basket by clicking on the red cross to the right of the product, or change their number by clicking on the + or - sign next to the number of pieces of this product. Then click the "update cart" text below the product list to save the changes. You can also choose a gift at the time of purchase by clicking on the "Choose a gift" sign, after which a drop-down list will open for you to choose the desired product.
To the right of the list of selected products and gifts, a summary of your purchase is displayed, where you can see the total amount, possible discounts and delivery costs. In this step, you can still edit the contents of the basket. You then proceed to the next step by clicking the green "proceed to checkout" button.
- STEP - CASHIER. If you have a discount coupon that you want to use, you can enter it in this step above by clicking on the inscription "Have a coupon?" Click here to enter code'. Then enter all your information in the "PAYER INFORMATION" section. If you are already registered and logged into your account, the information will be displayed automatically. In this step, you can also select a different or new delivery address below. You can also write a comment in the comments field.
You can still change your order at this stage by clicking the "back" arrow in the top menu of your browser. This will take you back to the previous step "BASKET". If you agree with the order summary, select the payment method on the right.
- STEP - COMPLETE PURCHASE. You submit your order by clicking the green "COMPLETE PURCHASE" button below your order summary. This completes your purchase and is considered a concluded distance contract. You will receive an order confirmation with all the information within a few minutes to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order. If you did not receive the message, please check whether you entered the email address correctly and whether the message may have ended up in the spam folder of your server.
If you want to cancel the order after the purchase has already been completed, you can do so by writing an email to the address within one hour of receiving the email info@biopark.si or use the button to reply to the received message and write that you are canceling the order. You can also cancel the order by phone, by calling the phone number 030 919 555. When you call, you must provide your information and the number of the order you are canceling.
PAYMENT METHODS
The provider allows the following payment methods:
- Payment upon collection - When paying upon collection, you will pay the delivery service - Pošta Slovenije - in cash. Please note that the delivery service charges a fee for this type of service.
- Payment by pre-invoice with transfer to the company's TRR - Payment by pro-invoice means that you settle the invoice to the TRR of the company ZIN d.o.o. before receiving the goods. In this way, you avoid paying a commission to Pošta Slovenije.
You can make the payment based on the received electronic order and prior selection of the mentioned option.
The goods will be sent immediately after receipt of funds to the account of the company ZIN d.o.o.
When paying for a reference number, be sure to quote the order number.
- Payment with credit and payment cards MasterCard, Visa and Visa Electron. We also accept MasterCard debit cards - Payments are made through the Stripe system (card system). You will not be redirected to another page when making a purchase.
SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS
The provider will deliver the goods within the agreed time to the address specified for delivery.
The delivery time of each order begins on the next working day at 9:00 a.m.
The contractual partner for the delivery of parcels is Pošta Slovenije, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this will allow him to complete the order more efficiently. All shipments of goods are insured against damage or loss of the shipment.
Delivery method and delivery time
We ship the goods via Pošta Slovenije. All products that are in stock are shipped within 0-7 working days after receiving your order. We do not ship goods on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are paid by the client/recipient of the shipment.
We will charge €4.00 for delivery of goods up to €49.99, regardless of the weight, quantity or size of your order.
We do not charge postage for purchases over €50!
We do not deliver outside of Slovenia or only exceptionally by prior agreement.
In such a case, delivery outside Slovenia will be charged separately.
As a rule, Pošta Slovenije and banks charge users a fee for each payment, in accordance with their price list. These costs are not included in the prices of products and services of the "www.seychelle.eu" store.
There are no additional costs if you choose cash on delivery and pick up the package at the post office.
If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, the postman leaves a notification about the package's arrival. The package will be waiting at the post office for another 8 days. In the event that the buyer does not receive notification or e-mail within five (5) days, inform the provider thereof.
For the amount of the commission when paying by advance invoice, ask your home bank through which you make the payment.
Delivery time
Items have a delivery time of 1 to 7 working days. We will notify you in advance of the delivery date of items that cannot be obtained within the expected period.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the postman leaves you a notification about the package's arrival. The package will be waiting for you at the post office for another 8 days.

Accepted orders in the store “ www.seychelle.eu ” are considered irrevocable and will be executed. After placing an electronic order, the consumer can withdraw within 2 hours based on a notice of withdrawal to the email address info@biopark.si
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE PURCHASE, RETURN OF GOODS
Cancellation of the order
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of taking over the goods that he withdraws from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision. The buyer can download an electronic form for withdrawing from the contract from the website or send any unequivocal statement from which it is clear that he is withdrawing from the contract. In this case, the provider immediately sends the customer by e-mail a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal form on a permanent data carrier.
The only cost charged to the buyer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the provider no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). The buyer is considered to have returned the goods on time if he sends them before the 14-day return period expires.
The buyer must return the goods received undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the buyer.
Payments will be refunded immediately or at the latest within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The provider returns the received payments to the buyer with the same means of payment that the buyer used, unless the buyer explicitly requested the use of another payment method and the buyer does not bear any costs as a result. The provider can withhold the refund of the received payments until the returned goods have been accepted. The product subject to return must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging.
The return of the received goods to the provider within the contract withdrawal period, together with the completed "ORDER WITHDRAWAL" form or your written statement of withdrawal, is considered withdrawal from the contract.
Damage to product packaging, damaged or removed labels, untied bows, damaged wrapping paper and other damages may be considered product use. The consumer should return the product packed in transport cardboard packaging and properly protected against damage. Any other form of packaging can be considered a use of the product, which means that it is considered to reduce the value of the goods. The provider will assess how much the value of the returned product/products has decreased and will refund the purchase price to the customer accordingly.

Order rejection
The store " www.seychelle.eu " can refuse an order that it finds that it cannot execute under the stated conditions and with the information it has, and the buyer cannot request fulfillment of the order, compensation or other form of benefit.
Order processing
The store " www.seychelle.eu " will start with the activities necessary for the execution of accepted orders immediately after receipt. When choosing the option of payment to our TRR, the activities for the execution of the order will flow after the inflow of funds.
Storing the order
The submitted electronic order is stored by the provider. At the consumer's request, he receives a copy of the order to the email address or to the physical address specified in the order. The request can be made to our email address or in writing to the provider.
For orders via the Internet to addresses abroad, we charge postage according to the valid price list of the Post of Slovenia.
If the buyer returns the received goods, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receipt, he withdraws from the contract or after receiving the returned goods, namely with the same means of payment as used by the buyer, unless the buyer has expressly requested the use of a different means of payment and if the buyer will not incur additional costs as a result. If you wish, we can exchange the goods for another one.

COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS
Inspect the received goods immediately and necessarily in the presence of a person from the delivery service.
The delivery service considers all subsequent complaints of damage to the goods only in exceptional cases and even the "www.biopark.si" store cannot resolve them on their behalf. Enter any damage in the minutes, which the delivery person is obliged to sign.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
In the case of contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer has the right to notify the company within fourteen days that he withdraws from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision. A message is considered timely if it is sent within the deadline.
If the company fulfills its obligation after delivering the goods, the fourteen-day period for withdrawing from the contract begins the day after the day of fulfillment of this obligation.
Unless the contracting parties have agreed otherwise, the consumer has no right to withdraw from the contract for purchased cosmetics that he has already used, as opened and used cosmetic products, due to their nature, are not suitable for return. We inform all customers that, for hygiene and health reasons, we do not exchange or refund under any circumstances opened cosmetic products that are no longer in their original packaging and from which the safety and protective covers have been removed.
If the consumer has withdrawn from the contract, the company must return all payments received.
The company must make the refund immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. If the company is late in refunding payments, it must pay the consumer, in addition to the legal default interest, one tenth of the payments received for every additional thirty days of delay in refund.
If the consumer has already received the amount or goods and withdraws from the contract, he must return the amount received to the company within 14 days of the notification from the first paragraph of the previous article of this law. The goods received must be returned undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer.
The return of the received goods to the provider within the contract withdrawal period, together with the completed "ORDER WITHDRAWAL" form or your written statement of withdrawal, is considered withdrawal from the contract.
The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods.

REAL ERROR
An error is considered real:
- if the product does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or for circulation;
- if the product does not have properties that are necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is buying it, but which the provider was aware of or should have been aware of;
- if the product does not have the properties and features that were expressly or tacitly agreed or prescribed;
- if the tenderer has delivered a product that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model has been shown for notification purposes only.
The suitability of the product for normal use is checked against normal goods of the same type and taking into account any statements by the provider about the characteristics of the goods made by the provider or the manufacturer, in particular through advertising, product presentation or indications on the product itself.
The buyer must notify the provider of any material defect, together with a precise description of it, and at his own expense, within the statutory deadline, and allow the provider to inspect the product.
The consumer can assert rights from a material defect if he informs the seller about the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered. The seller is not responsible for defects that appear after 2 years of purchase.
In the error notification, the consumer must describe the error in more detail and allow the seller to inspect the product. If the error is not disputed, the company must comply with the consumer's claim as soon as possible, but no later than within eight days. If there is a dispute about the error, the company must give the consumer a written answer within the same eight-day period.
The buyer, who has correctly informed the provider about the factual error, has the right to demand from the provider:
- or correcting a defect in the product;
- or a refund of part of the amount paid in proportion to the error;
- replaces defective goods with new, flawless goods;
- or a refund of the amount paid.
More specifically, the right to assert material errors is regulated by the Consumer Protection Act.

WARRANTY
The products have a warranty if it is stated so on the warranty card or on the invoice. The guarantee is valid if the instructions on the guarantee sheet are followed and upon presentation of the invoice. The warranty periods are indicated on the warranty sheets or on the invoice. Warranty information can also be listed on the item presentation page. If there is no warranty information, the item does not have a warranty or the information is currently unknown. In the latter case, the buyer can contact the provider, who will provide up-to-date information.
In accordance with the law, the manufacturer is obliged to provide the buyer with a guarantee for the faultless operation of the purchased goods. The buyer can claim the warranty directly from the manufacturer or its authorized service. The buyer can claim the guarantee with the guarantee certificate and the provider's invoice.
The manufacturer is obliged to carry out the warranty repair within 45 days of receiving the goods, otherwise, replace the article with another, equivalent and faultless article. The buyer can also claim the warranty from the provider, but even in this case the provision from the previous paragraph applies.
The return of goods under warranty is carried out in accordance with the conditions specified by the manufacturer on the warranty card, the buyer has no costs for the return.
Protection of personal data
The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user. They will be used exclusively for the needs of order fulfillment (sending informative material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication. If you do not wish to receive this information, please inform us by e-mail at info@biopark.si .
Under no circumstances will the user's data be handed over to unauthorized persons.
By using our website, you also agree to the use of information in the manner and in the cases described above.
The registered user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of his username and password.
Disclaimer
The provider makes every effort to ensure that the information published in the online store is up-to-date and correct. Nevertheless, product features, delivery dates or prices can change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the data in the online store. In such a case, the provider will inform the buyer about the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or exchange the ordered item.
If, due to an unforeseen situation, the ordered products cannot be delivered, the provider will offer the buyer an exchange with a similar product or, if the buyer has already made the payment, a refund of the received payments with the same means of payment that the buyer used.
INSURANCE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTIONS IN ZIN d.o.o.
Data on all orders and distance contracts are kept at the headquarters of ZIN d.o.o., Gabrje pri Ilovi Gori 15, 1290 Grosuplje.
The premises where personal data carriers, hardware and software are kept are protected by organizational and technical measures. Unauthorized persons do not have access to personal data.
Individual rights
ZIN d.o.o. at the request of the user of the web portal:

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system. The complaint is submitted via e-mail address or in writing to the provider's address. The appeal process is confidential. The provider is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the buyer/consumer not to initiate a dispute before the court. Therefore, the provider makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably or with an out-of-court settlement, but if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Ljubljana.
OUT OF COURT RESOLUTION OF CONSUMER DISPUTES
In accordance with the third paragraph of Article 32 of the ZIsRPS, the company ZIN d.o.o. informs website visitors and potential and existing customers who have consumer status in the sense of the first paragraph of Article 4 of the ZIsRPS that it does not recognize any IRPS provider as competent for resolving consumer disputes. which the consumer can initiate in accordance with this law, which means that any disputes, in the event that the parties fail to resolve them amicably, are resolved before the competent court.
